1. अपनी स्किल सेट को बढाइये और उसकी मार्केटिंग कीजिये . कोनसी स्किल आपको बढ़ानी है , इसके लिए दो चीजों को दिमाग में  बिठा दीजिये .

• A) आप अपना पैसा  या वक्त उन्ही स्किल्स डेवलपमेंट में इन्वेस्ट   करें . जिसके लिए कम्पनीज अच्छा अमाउंट पे कराती हो , न की सिर्फ अपनी शौक या  जिसे सिखने में मजा आता हो ,
• B)  सर्टिफिकेशन्स – उन स्किल्स में  सर्टिफाइड हो जाइये  जो लम्बे समय तक मार्किट डिमांड में हो . बहुत से डवलपर्स ऐसा नहीं करते हैं ,  और ऐसा भी मत कीजिये की सारे सर्टिफिकेशन एक टाइप के ही हो   आपके सर्टिफिकेशन्स Scrum  , Sales Force , AWS   इस   तरह के सर्टिफिकेशन्स का अच्छा मिश्रण होना चाइये  जैसे शेयर मार्किट में इन्वेस्ट करते समय इन्वेस्टर्स diverse पोर्टफोलियो बनाते है .जैसे अपना स्टॉक इन्वेस्टमेंट  करते समय कुछ अमाउंट म्यूच्यूअल फण्ड में डालते हैं कुछ रियल  स्टेट, आईटी कंपनीज़ , मैन्युफैक्चरिंग , बैंकिंग शेयर में लगाते है .

 (AWS)अमेज़ॉन वेब सर्विस , जो अमेज़ॉन क्लाउड कंप्यूटिंग प्लेटफार्म  पर आधारित हो 

2) अपने  सह कर्मी को  देखिये , जो इस आप की लाइन में 10+  वर्ष  पुराना , अपने आप से पूछिये की क्या आप वही होंगे जो वह आज हैं . यदि आपका उत्तर ना आता है तो , एक नया रास्ता ढूढ़े , आपको अलग से क्या करने या क्या अलग रास्ता छोङने की आवश्यकता ,ताकि आप वाही ना करे या उसी पोजीशन में नहीं हो आज से १० के बीच

3) पढ़िए , पढ़िए , पढ़िए , सफलता का शिखर  , सफलता का शिखर  एवं पढ़ाई   एक दूसरे के पूरक हैं .

4) जब आपकी सैलरी डबल हो जाये तो आपका अनुभव साजा कीजिये ताकि दूसरे आपके अनुभव का लाभ उठा सकें .

How to Increasing skill sets alone is of little use if you cannot market them. Market your skill sets. Two things to keep in mind here:

1. a) Invest in skill sets that will pay. No use learning something just because you like it. Learn something for which companies are willing to pay top dollar.
2. b) Certifications – Get certified in things for which there will be a long-term demand. Not many developers do this. Build a diverse portfolio here. Just don’t do all your certifications in Java for eg.  Something like Scrum, Sales force, AWS is a good mix.
